North South One was started with the intention of offering guaranteed rent to landlords by offering sustainable letting of residential property within London & the South East

Established by its two founders  who have both been operating in the industry for numerous years. Noticed that there was a gap in the market to help certain landlords who want to rent their properties on long contacts and avoid the day to day hassle of managing said property.

The company has now grown to include a dedicated maintenance and building team which work tirelessly to ensure that all properties under the North South One flag are built and maintained to the highest standard
