What Landlords do you work with?

We are open to work with any landlord which owns residential property in London. & the South East. We also look at commercial units if they are in a central area.

What Areas do you cover?

London & the South East

If the Property remains empty, do I still get paid?

Even if the property remains vacant North South One will still make sure rent is paid to you on time.

Will you do works on the Property before it is rented?

Yes, our maintenance team will usually make sure minor repair or redecoration work is done to bring the property to a lettable standard. Larger refurbishment work can be completed if necessary.
