Complaints Procedure

North South One Ltd Complaints Procedure 


If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you by North South One Ltd  or wish to raise a formal complaint please send your complaint to info@northsouthone.com. Please kindly outline the timescales of the events discussed and a detailed explanation of why you are raising a complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within seven working days. 


Following this, we will conduct a formal investigation in regards to your matter and provide you with a formal written response within four weeks from the date of your acknowledgement. In certain circumstances your complaint response may be delayed, however we will provide you with an updated timescale before the four week period expires.


We hope to resolve this for you as promptly as possible.
